Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?+
All your career analysis, recommendations, coaching sessions, and action plans are preserved. You can still access Steps 1-3 on the Free plan. Resubscribe anytime to unlock Steps 4-6 again — your data will be right where you left it.
What counts as an "AI run"?+
Each time you generate a new market scan, gap analysis, recommendation, coaching session, or use an action plan tool, that counts as one AI run. Viewing previously generated results does not use a run. Limits reset monthly.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?+
Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from the Manage Subscription portal on your dashboard. Changes are prorated — you only pay the difference.
Is my payment information secure?+
Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details never touch our servers. Stripe is used by millions of businesses including Amazon, Google, and Shopify.
